.. I have had the opportunity to enjoy stunning, spectacular and sometimes challenging trail rides and learnt countless skills during lessons in the arena. From my personal experience I can honestly say that every one of the Kangaroo Valley Horses are absolutely beautiful! They are so educated and well cared for, and I have not had one ride that wasn't absolutely wonderful!! ...." read more about Mel's story
"... Deb is the centre piece of Riverstone and the horses in her care here. Horses and people alike are attracted to her being and her serenity. Rest assured, your horses will be well looked after here and loved by Deb and her family like their own. A more perfect place for your horses to live and for you to ride, I really can’t imagine. Do yourself and your horses a favour and come and experience Riverstone .." read more about Sally's story
".. Peach was kicked in the shoulder by an Arab mare resulting in a deep wound and a broken shoulder. Peach was examined by the veterinary staff at Illawarra Equine Centre. The Radiograph confirmed a “fracture to the Ulna, possibly communicating with the elbow joint.” After careful consideration and a lot of tears, we made the decision to take her recovery day by day in an attempt to pull her through. We explained to the vet that if Peach was in pain and suffering we would have her put down as soon as possible. He agreed and made himself available to come to the property to euthanize Peach on request. …….I have no hesitation recommending Scenar Therepy to aid in the healing process of horses, animals and people . I believe Scenar, devotion and prayer has saved the life of our much loved Peach..." read more about Deb's story
"..My husband (Tom) and I share a love of horses and horse riding, stemming back from our childhood. No one in our respective families shared that same passion and so it was only after we got married that we were able to pursue that interest further in the form of lessons and trail rides together.. We now own two young horses of our own, which we are currently working with to establish a strong foundation for a lasting & healthy partnership. Ultimately, we would love to eventually be confident enough to take them out on trail rides and enjoy the Australian bush with them!.." Read more about Liz & Tom's story
"Hello my name is Lucy and I went to Deb and Ness’s horse riding camp and I have never had a better time in my life! I liked the long ride to the Shoalhaven River and it was nice to go swimming bareback on our horses. I also liked the mini gymkhana. I think it a beautiful place and you get well looked after. I recommend it to anyone who has a spirit to ride because most of the people come not very confident and by the end they are cantering all over the place!"
"Camp is one of those experiences that will stay with you. I have attended at least five of Riverstone's camps and I will not miss the next one for the world. Every time I go it feels like Christmas come early. The best part of camp for me was the fact that we all come together for the same reason, our passion for horses. And what better place to be than at Riverstone's four day camp. Some of the highlights includedendless hours of laughter, amazing well behaved horses, friendly qualified instructors, the great Aussie bush and a wonderful four days making best friends." Tessa
